Example Form of Contract For the Purchase of Fruit Products

Please view the Buyer/Seller contract below, used by the production company, a registered Limited Liability Company (LLC) within the Ukraine. Specific names, bank acount details have been omitted from this display sample, but will be included on the copy forwarded on application for contract.  Please note that we are NOT the seller.  The contract issued for signature is bi-lingual, with a Russian translation presented within the document to both parties for signature.  It should be noted that no payment can be received by The Seller until a contract is in place.
