| Conditions: Fruit Juices, Beers and Vodka Products Quantities The value for money FCA prices represented within is as a result of careful selection and negotiation with our manufacturing partners. For that reason, there are minimum order requirements in terms of quantities. It is our strict policy to have a minimum order quantity of one 20’ container. Multiple and repeat orders are our speciality. Minimum quantities are stated within this website, for Jaffa Juices and other Jaffa fruit drinks, Sokovita, and Chudo Chado baby Juices and Foods. Mixed container orders are welcome, which does not restrict the buyer to minimum product quantities for orders. Buying conditions for our Russian Vodka also applies here. Product Samples On occasion, potential buyers ask us to send samples. As we deal with some 80 countries, it is our policy to supply a small amount of package samples for initial inspection. Due to very stringent customs regulations, and the high cost-weight ratio implemented by couriers, we send out sample bottles / Tetra Paks without the liquids, but with documented licences and analysis. This minimises initial courier costs to the client. The client is expected to pay the small amount for the courier charge, and we will provide a small selection of samples as indicated above, free of charge.. The quantity of samples provided by us shall number no more than one of each product line. Please supply us with your reference number or account number with your international courier company. Alcohol (Vodka) samples, as they are small quantities, are difficult to ship via couriers due to customs restrictions. We obviously have no problems with the large container orders Following your receipt of the package samples and required documents, we actively encourage potential buyers to visit our Ukraine production facilities and companies to inspect the product, and to place orders once satisfied.
The purchase agreement contract shall be between you, “The Buyer” and the producer, “The Seller”. This can be completed upon the buyer's visit to the production plant for convenience, though eventually, as your orders progress, a deposit plus a Bank Guarantee from a Class A Bank for the balance may be entertained. While we are representatives of the fruit product producing company in many countries, we are NOT the seller. .
Payment Procedure For all orders, the producer will insist upon a pre-payment by electronic bank transfer to their bank account, All payments will be made in favour of the producer's, (the seller's), bank account, NOT TO US! For multiple and repeat orders, payments can be staged. Our Responsibility Our responsibility is to ensure that "The Buyer" is resented with the best prices available at all times, and that all goods are in first class condition, as ordered and paid for by “The Buyer” by means of the pre-payment sum and the transferable Letter of Credit to "The Seller's) bank. It is our responsibility to ensure that communication of all documentation with “The Buyer’s” shipping agent as necessary in order to facilitate freight transportation as per “The Buyer’s” requirements. What is FCA? FCA – Free Carrier (named place) The seller hands over the goods, cleared for export, into the custody of the first carrier (named by the buyer) at the named place. The Buyer’s Responsibility All shipping and import beyond departure point. You MUST involve your shipping agent. As prices stated are all FCA Odessa, it is “The Buyer’s” responsibility to establish shipping costs and respective import procedures with their shipping agent handling the freight container shipment from Odessa. “The Buyer” should inform their shipping agent so that the producer's dedicated customs department within the manufacturing plant can liaise with them in order to ensure speedy document procedure and therefore release of the value of the transferable letter of credit.
